During the middle school years, kids are experiencing critical physical growth, and strength training can be incredibly beneficial—when done correctly. Unfortunately, many common myths about strength training for younger athletes still persist. The truth is, with proper supervision and expert Coaching, strength training is the ideal way to lay a strong, athletic foundation. Registration Fee $75.

Our Middle School Strength Lab introduces young athletes to proper strength and conditioning with a focus on movement quality, joint stability, and technique.
