Our FREE 6-Week Intro to Fitness Journey program is designed to provide you with the essential foundation and knowledge to start your fitness journey with confidence. We believe that the greatest weapon you can have in any journey is a roadmap, and understanding what to expect is key to long-term success. This program combines education, practical experience, and expert guidance to help you unlock your potential.
The first 4 weeks of the program focus on 30-minute functional training sessions, where you'll build strength, improve mobility, and learn proper movement patterns. These short, focused sessions are perfect for beginners or anyone looking to ease into a consistent fitness routine. The goal during this phase is to prepare your body, mind, and confidence for the next step in your fitness journey.
The final 2 weeks of the program are spent in our regular, 1-hour functional fitness classes, giving you the opportunity to experience a typical workout while receiving the support and encouragement you need to thrive. Whether you decide to continue with our classes or not, you'll walk away from the program with a deeper understanding of fitness, the tools to maintain progress, and the confidence to pursue your personal goals.
