6 Week Program - Single Phase - Foundational Strength Program focused on motor control, joint stability and technique. 3x Classes p/wk
10 Week Program - Two Phases, Foundational + Reinforcement Program focused on building strength & muscle endurance, build force production and continue stabilizing joints. 3x Classes p/wk
14 Week Program - Three Phases - Includes all previous + Power & Performance Program, Peak development focusing on explosive power & muscle strength to give Athletes the tools they need to perform dynamic sport specific movements and increase over all power output. 3x Classes p/wk
Youth Speed and Agility Class at KTLYST Athlete Lab is designed for kids ages 8-12. Teaching proper technique to help young athletes maximize performance while minimizing the risk of injuries. Membership includes 1 Speed & Agility Class per week.
